Day Treatment
Our Day Treatment is a highly structured treatment program. It’s similar to partial hospitalization (PHP), which focuses on all-day outpatient treatment and building a foundation for sobriety. Our team will help you heal your body from the physical effects of addiction through nutrition education and exercise, and help you address the root causes of your addiction through collaborative group therapy and focused individual substance abuse counseling.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
During our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), our clients are given greater independence, allowing them to start immersing themselves in their lives outside of treatment. Clients will participate in group work to learn social skills and gain perspective from their peers, as well as individual therapies that help them find sustainable ways to cope with the things that led to their addiction.
Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient Treatment serves as the final step between participating in rehab and returning to mainstream society. Our clients spend time refining the tools that they’ll need to establish lifelong sobriety and long-term happiness while continuing to practice coping mechanisms and resistance against triggers and temptation. Group and individual counseling allow our clients to engage in healthy relationships with others, while continuing to work on practical skills.
Sober Living
Our offsite, Milwaukee Sober Living houses are safe, highly structured environments where our clients can focus on their recovery. Residents develop strong friendships as they work towards sobriety together and participate in active, recreational activities. At the same time, our team helps clients apply for jobs, gain professional skills, and learn and manage household tasks, all while reinforcing the skills learned during substance abuse rehab.
